• Responsible for overall performance loyalty program for the Assigned Region
• Manage & Drive team for at least 6 – 8 Tele Callers assigned to you.
• Manage day to day interaction with Sales Team / Dealers
• Manage Promotional Plan as Sent via Sales Team / Dealers
• Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders of your region
• Maintain monthly performance metrics and account dashboards for reviews
• Actively Respond to Email Queries
• Resolve Queries in Time Bound Manner.
• Key Account Management Skills
• Customer Relationship Skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
• Comfortable with MS Office (MS Excel in Particular)
• Able to Perform as Individual and in Team
• Should be able to work with Minimal Supervision.
• Must speak and understand Malayalam with English.
• Some Relevant Experience in Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management
• Some Understanding of the Rewards & Recognition, Loyalty Business
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is Essential
• Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Any Graduate or PG, Preferably an MBA (Any Specialisation)
• Min 1 to 3 years of Work Experience
Day Shift: - 9.30 AM till 6.30 PM (Monday – Saturday)
