Experience: Min. 0.6 Months - 10 year into International BPO/Call Center (Must) -
Voice Process - Inbound Captive process

Responsibilities and Duties
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
