Job Description for the position of Sales Executive-Lead Generation.

Position : Executive

Location : Kolkata

Reports To : Senior Manager

Working Hours Shift: 1200_2100; Saturday:1100_1530

Job Summary

Executive- Lead Generation will be responsible for identifying individuals, groups, companies, agencies, etc., that has authority and budget to buy the display ads, mobile inventory, and email database of 123

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for searching, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team.

- Responsible for developing new business via email and social media platform to identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

- Responsible for conducting research to identify potential prospects.

- Build relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-ups to transfer the lead into prospective client.

- Work closely with the Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue targets.


Executive-Lead Generation will be responsible to generate at least 8 qualified leads per month.


- Proven record of successful lead generation.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, good exposure to the web world.

Educational Requirement

- MBA in Marketing

Skills Required

- Good spoken and written English

- Excellent research Skills

- Excellent networking skills

Special Instructions

Understanding of mass mailing concept will be preferred

Salary 2 Lac 75 Thousand To 4 Lac P.A.
