• Communicate directly with our US customers to ensure their experience is completely positive via
email & phone.
• Connect with each customer to create a memorable and personalized experience.
• Think critically to solve all customer pain points in the shopping process.
• Connect with vendors & shipping carriers for all customer related issues.

• HS/Degree from a reputed institute in relevant field is mandatory.
